The prices for the double rooms are not valid for single occupancy.
Changes to bookings are treated as a new booking. On holidays and holiday weekends the prices of season A.
Arrival and departure time:
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 pm and we ask you to vacate them by 10 am on the day of departure.
Animals:
Pets are not allowed.
Allergy sufferers:
Our rooms are modern and equipped with all comforts to make you feel at home. They are equipped with allergy-free bed linen. The rooms are equipped with high-quality allergy-friendly carpet floors or with object vinyl decors in wooden flooring optics.
Reduction for children:
Child bed up to 3 years free, extra bed 3 to 10 years Price: 15, – €,
Extra bed 10 to 14 years Price: 20, – €,
extra bed from 14 years Price: 35, – € for night in the master bedroom (breakfast included).
Non-compliance:
If the confirmed dates are not complied with, we will charge 80% of the pension price if the room can not be rented elsewhere.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
Directly bookable from our homepage. To do this, click the menu item: Travel protection.
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance. It protects you against financial consequences if you can not compete or cancel your booked trip because of illness. We would be glad to send you our documents upon booking.
Pay:
The hotel bill can be paid cash or by EC card with secret number (PIN number) or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard). (Please note the maximum amount of your card!)
